THANKS SO VERY MUCH to those of you who have so generously made a donation to help save Noni and Hiro! Many
thanks go to those who have offered available funds, resources and kind words of encouragement! There really are no words to express my gratitude!
Noni and Hiro are still on Bora Bora being looked after by a temporary caregiver. Hopefully, I am getting closer and will be able to find a home (or at least
a foster home) for them in the near future. They are two very sweet, loving creatures in big time need of help. I hope they will be able to survive each day
until I can find a home for them. Whether that home will be in Polynesia, the United States, Canada, Europe or wherever... As far as I'm concerned true
compassion knows no borders.
For some reason there is always some negativity, a naysayer, differences of opinion, etc. when someone tries
to do something positive. Surprisingly, I read a post here that seems to imply I'm in this for my own financial
gain. This couldn't be further from the truth and the post is very counterproductive to the efforts of saving these
two innocent lives.
Thanks for the info on Fenua Animalia! I contacted them a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, I never received a response.
I've contacted many animal organizations, both international and domestic. Most responses were either
negative or non-existent. Best Friends Animal Society is an amazing organization and they have been very helpful.
I'm working with a Specialist in their No More Homeless Pets Department.
Once again, I thank those of you who have been so very kind and compassionate in helping me with this huge effort!
There's still a ways to go and I thank in advance those of you who may be reading this for the first time and who will help out in the future!
