$369 each way, $738 round trip, but only a FOUR-DAY maximum stay! Argh... Word from Tahiti Tourisme is that a 7-day maximum stay promotion will follow soon (accompanied by hotel specials of "stay 7, pay 5"), but that's still too short of a trip for most of us.

I'm hearing ya. You can fly from Detroit to China's largest coastal cities for under $1000. Last I checked, China is a bit further away from Michigan than what FP is.

It's all about supply and demand. Southwest Air lowered their rates; others will follow. ATN would be wise to offer lower prices before summer season ends...that's if they want to realize some revenue. Offering lower ticket prices during low season makes no sense. They should look at other industries as examples.

It was about this time last year when ATN came out with that two for one deal for the fall. I'm sure any day now we'll see a special offer to help fill those empty seats Sept through Dec. Hopefully for more than ten days!!
